Personalised Catering Wedding Plan
Hot and Cold Meal selections
When you are organising your Wedding Day, Mr Olivieri will call on you, at your convenience, and gladly help you plan the 'catering' part of the day. We will provide a plan of your requirements, time of your Wedding, colour of the serviettes to match Bridesmaid's dress colour, silver candelabra or gold candlesticks and fresh flowers on the table, banqueting roll and place mats.
If you wish, we will serve your reception drink, look after the Toast and serve wine during the meal. We will organise a line-up so that the Bride, Groom and Parents can greet the guests. Mr Olivieri can also announce the Bride and Groom into the room and organise our staff and your guests (lined up at the entrance) to clap you into the room.
Last but not least, we will point out the advantages and disadvantages of having the main speeches before of after the meal and of course we can discuss table plans, name cards etc.
It is your day and we want it to be your way.
